2.2. Website Use: On our website, we process only personal data that your browser communicates to our server. Based on requirement we may change content of our website without any notice and update our privacy policy. To keep yourself updates you are requested to visit our website regularly.
2.3. Registration Data: Upon registration we collect and process registration date, password, personal information like full name; company name; email address; address, zip code, city, country. Invoice information like Date of payment, invoice ID, currency, amount, monthly or annual payment occurrence.
2.4 Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited who can access your data. We maintain strict security standards therefore breach of policy is negligible. Being a technology driven firm we protect your data with various security measures by enabling firewall, encryption, 2-step authentication process in order to protect your data.

4.1. Storage Period: Your Data is stored as long as you are a registered user of Bills24. Beyond that, we only store Data, if it is legally necessary (because of warranty, limitation or retention periods) or otherwise required.
4.2. Deletion: Data will be deleted if you (a) revoke your consent to the storage (b) Data is not needed to fulfill the user contract concerning the Product anymore. A deletion request does not affect Data, if the storage is legally necessary, for example for accounting purposes.
4.3. Safety Measures: To avoid unauthorized access to Data we apply the safety measures like encrypted transmission and physical safety measures for servers. None of the payment cards are saved on the payment gateways. Industry standard methods are used to protect your data and information.
5. Cancellation and Refund
If you wish to cancel the service agreement, then a written consent would be required. Your data will be retained with us if you wish to resume business. All your stored data can be exported any time as per your requirement.
If you are not satisfied with our services, within 7 days from the purchase date, we will refund the money you have paid us for remaining period of your subscription.
6. Changes To This Privacy Policy
6.1. If the Company decides to change this Privacy Policy, it will post those changes directly in the Services. Should the changes be material to you, especially concerning your right to data protection, you need to confirm them.
